How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. In rare cases, certain items may ship the same business day when inventory and warehouse schedules allow.
Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 days. If a particular item requires a longer delivery window, that information will be noted on the product page, and also you will be notified via email before shipping.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all eligible items, unless otherwise listed as non-returnable in our Return Policy.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order for a 100% refund within 12 hours of placing order.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.
*Special-order or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or returned once the order has been placed.
What if my product is damaged?
Please carefully inspect your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage to the product or even just the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery.
If you can’t fully inspect the contents at the time of delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please email clear photos to info@thelivingoutlet.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate compensation.
If tracking shows ‘delivered’ but your package is missing, please notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.
How do I place an order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation, and we’ll begin processing your order right away.
How do I know when my order will ship?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation showing your payment authorization and shipping/billing details.
Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.
If an item you ordered goes out of stock, we’ll notify you via email or phone within one business day. While we work hard to keep our inventory up to date, high demand can sometimes cause items to sell out quickly.
Will I receive an order confirmation via email?
Yes. An order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout for each order.
We recommend saving or printing this confirmation email for your records. Please double-check that your email address is entered correctly so you don’t miss any updates.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in Wyoming and only charge sales tax on orders shipping to Wyoming. Orders shipped outside Wyoming will not be charged sales tax.
Can I change my order?
Yes. You can modify your order at no additional cost as long as it has not yet shipped.
To request a change, email us at info@thelivingoutlet.com If the new item costs less, we’ll credit the difference back to your card. If it costs more, we’ll send you a secure, custom invoice for the remaining amount.
Once an order has shipped, changes can no longer be made, but you may still use our 30-Day Return Policy.
