• Most orders ship within 1–2 business days; typical transit is 5–7 business days in the contiguous U.S.

• Free standard curbside shipping on eligible orders. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

• We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only.

What is your return policy?

• Return/exchange requests must be started within 30 days of delivery.

• Free return shipping for eligible returns—we provide the prepaid label.

• A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to all brands on eligible returns.

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method 3–5 business days after warehouse approval.

Do you offer price matching?

Do you offer a B2B program?

Yes. We offer TLO PRO Program, and we can assist with tax-exempt purchases (with a certificate) and discuss purchase orders on approval.
